The reason for the prolonged time period is owed to the banking system protocols and verification processes. In order to make the wire transfer process faster and easier, please provide tixee with the swift code or the transfer receipt so that we may track the deposit.

If your credit card expires, simply draft a quick email explaining the situation and send it through to a tixee Customer Support specialist. The specialist will then guide you through the steps on how to update credit card details on your account.

• Guide you through all of our platforms and various tools
• Provide you with educational material and trading tools
• Communicate various market predictions from several third-party websites offering financial analysis.
• Explain leverage, margin, stop/limit orders, etc.

tixee Assistant will NOT:

• Open or close positions on your behalf
• Act as Financial Expert or Analyst
• Provide investment advice to the clients
• Guarantee any profits
• Guarantee any results based on third-party websites' predictions/analysis or based on market movements.
