tixee Unites with Apollon FC to Hold Successful Blood Donation Drive
Award-winning broker tixee, in collaboration with Apollon FC, was delighted to host a Blood Donation drive at its Limassol headquarters on Friday, 23rd September.
Dozens of tixee employees, alongside members of the Apollon FC team, joined together to selflessly donate blood – potentially improving and saving the lives of those in need.
Although the need for blood is constant, just 9% of people in Cyprus donate blood yearly, resulting in greater demand than supply. Donating just one pint of blood can save the lives of up to three people, which is why such initiatives are so vital to the community.
